Delivered in partnership with Scenic Rim Regional Council, these workshops are offered at no cost to participants, and are open to all residents of the Scenic Rim Region.
Learn to carve a spoon from a piece of salvaged wood with primitive tools. This is an opportunity to improve wellbeing through slowing down, learning mindful green woodworking skills, connecting with likeminded people and connecting with nature.
No woodworking experience necessary. This program is aimed at beginners. All equipment provided. Morning tea is also provided.
This workshop is conducted outdoors in a local Tamborine Mountain Park (TBC).
